CAD-CAM Leaf Expander tooth-supported

Visually looking like the conventional leaf spring-activated expansion screw, this screw variant has been optimized for the CAD-CAM process. Instead of arms, the expander is equipped with four transverse rounded slots. Perfectly aligned coupling with the SLM-fabricated framework is made possible.

Available with a maximum extension travel of 6 or 9 mm and a forced force application of 450g or 900g.

The expansion capacity in mm, the arrow of the activation direction and the LOT number are lasered on the screw body. The delivery includes a special clip with safety tab to keep the leaf springs compressed.
